Razor Web Profiler is distributed as ZIP files with an embedded Jetty server. Please select the most recent version to download. GettingStartedWithRazorWebProfiler.html contains installation instructions:

Note: RazorProfiler*.zip and RazorWebProfiler*.zip are totally different. RazorProfiler*.zip files are the early alpha releases. RazorWebProfiler*.zip files are completely re-written from scratch based on feedback from these early alpha releases.
